TITLE
Recommendation to request City Attorney to prepare an amendment to the Long Beach Municipal Code Section 10.22.080, Parking Vehicles for Sale, to prohibit the parking of vehicles with "For Sale" signs on Bayshore Avenue between Appian Way and Second Street; Second Street between Bayshore Avenue and Naples Plaza; and Colorado Street between Nieto Avenue and Bellflower Boulevard.
DISCUSSION
Currently section 10.22.080 of the Municipal Code (Parking Vehicles For Sale) prohibits parking of vehicles with signs "For Sale" on various streets.
At this time, I am requesting the City Attorney to prepare an amendment to the above section adding the prohibition of parking "For Sale" vehicles on Bayshore Avenue between Appian Way and 2nd Street; 2nd Street between Bayshore Avenue and Naples Plaza; and Colorado Street between Nieto Avenue and Bellflower Boulevard.
