TITLE

Recommendation to refer to City Attorney damage claims received between August 11, 2005 and August 18, 2005.

DISCUSSION

In compliance with California law, the attached list of claims for damages is herby presented to the City Council. The attached report lists claims for damages received by the City Clerk Department as of 1200 noon each Thursday. Upon approval of the suggested action, the City Clerk Department will foiward the list of claims for damages and copies of the corresponding documents to the City Attorney for further review and investigation.

FISCAL IMPACT

The processing of claims for damages is a budgeted service within the City Clerk Department FY05 Budget.
