DISCUSSION
Willis Kuhlmann, by and through his widow, Mrs. Kuhlmann, and Mr.
Kuhlmann's daughter, Robin Kuhlmann have made a claim for death benefits
allegedly sustained in the course of his employment with the City of Long Beach.
The Economic Development and Finance Committee on January 3, 2006,
approved the submission to the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board of
Stipulations with Request for Award for death benefits by the City and Willis
Kuhlmann on behalf of his widow, and dependent.
