FISCAL IMPACT

Funds were not budgeted for this program for FY 22.  Staff intends to secure additional external funding to reduce the net $225,000 impact to the Water Fund, and it is expected that the remaining costs can be absorbed within the Water Fund using projected savings within the Fund
