DISCUSSION

This is to advise you that the City Attorney has finalized settlement of the lawsuit entitled, "City of Long Beach v. Harbor Insurance Co. et. al, Case #BC326239," pursuant to terms authorized by the City Council in closed session on January 3, 2006.  Under the terms of this settlement, the City will receive a total of $727,500.
