Joen Garnica is a 2nd District resident and President of the interior design firm, Garnica Interiors, Inc. Joen has been actively involved in the community for many years. She currently serves as Director of YMCA of Greater Long Beach, the Promenade Area Residents Association, and the Long Beach Day Nursery, and she has previously served on a number of boards and councils in the city, including the Downtown Long Beach Alliance, Arts Council for Long Beach, and Women's Business Council, among others.
