TITLE

Recommendation to receive and file report on the Legislative Black Caucus Foundation Conference.

DISCUSSION

On April 26-28, 2006, I traveled to Sacramento, CA in order to attend the Legislative Black Caucus Foundation Conference. I along with other elected officials from around the State of California gathered to address issues affecting California residents and businesses, to exchange ideas and to discuss local issues and concerns with elected state officials.
