TITLE

DISCUSSION

Plaintiff alleges she tripped and fell over an uplifted sidewalk on November 29, 2019, resulting in injuries. Following extensive negotiations, Plaintiff agreed to accept $70,000 - inclusive of attorneys’ fees and costs - as a full, global settlement of this case. The settlement was discussed in closed session, and approved, by the Government, Personnel and Elections Oversight Committee (Attorney/Client) on July 19, 2022.
