DISCUSSION
Shell Oil Company is requesting consent to assign its interest in the Signal Hill Waste Water Lines as referenced in Facility/Pipeline Permit No. P-181-94 to Signal Hill Petroleum, Inc. Liability insurance and bonding for faithful performance, as required by Section 15.44.220, Permit-Transfer, of the Long Beach Municipal Code, will be processed following City Council authorization of the consent for assignment.
