Recommendation to refer to City Attorney the damage claims received between May 19, 2005 and June 2, 2005.
 
DISCUSSION
In compliance with California law, the attached list of claims for damages is herby presented to the City Council. The attached report lists claims for damages received by the City Clerk Department as of 12:00 noon each Thursday.
 
Upon approval of the suggested action, the City Clerk Department will forward the list of claims for damages and copies of the corresponding documents to the City Attorney for further review and investigation.
 
FISCAL IMPACT
The processing of claims for damages is a budgeted service within the City Clerk Department
FY05 Budget.
SUGGESTED ACTION
Approve recommendation.
