SUGGESTED ACTION

Authorize City Manager to execute agreement between the City of Long Beach, Long Beach Unit Operator, and Tidelands Oil Production Company and to approve extensions or to terminate agreement for sale of oil allocated to Long Beach Unit Townlot Working Interest Owners and for sale of City's Uplands Oil in Townlot area of Long Beach Unit and Fault Block IV and V Ranger Zone Units for three-year term starting November 1, 2004, with two one-year extensions.
