Approve the invoices and;
Authorize the City Clerk to issue invoices in the amount of $103,727.89 to the Long Beach Unified School District and $209,246.19 to the Long Beach Community College District for conducting their elections consolidated with the April 13, 2004 Primary Nominating Election.
