TITLE

DISCUSSION

This lawsuit arises from a September I, 2004, incident involving a City trash truck. The truck struck and pushed some furniture in an alleyway, into an exterior wall of plaintiffs residence. Plaintiff suffered personal injuries and there was significant damage to plaintiffs personal property.

At a settlement conference, a tentative settlement totaling $10,000.00 was reached for the plaintiff.

Approve recommendation.
