Recommendation to receive and file the application of Larry Robert Settle, dba Puka Bar, to drop a partner from an Alcoholic Beverage Control License, at 710-12 West Willow Street. (District 7)
DISCUSSION
It is City Council policy to review applications for Alcoholic Beverage Control licenses. This Dropping Partner application is placed on the Consent Calendar for your information only; conditions that were placed on the original license continue to be enforceable. Additional information and a map are attached.
TIMING CONSIDERATIONS
The Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control will finalize this transfer on October 24, 2007. Accordingly, City Council action is required on or before the October 23, 007 City Council meeting.
