SUGGESTED ACTION
Adopt Specifications and award contract in an amount not to exceed $814,209 plus tax, and up to 10 percent additional for unanticipated costs.
Authorize City Manager to execute amendment to the contract in order to purchase an additional unit for the Airport in accordance with the terms required to exercise the option in FY 05, if funding is available through the FAA or other grant sources.
