Recommendation that City Council adopt the attached Schedule of Charter Amendment Committee Special Meetings.
DISCUSSION
The Charter Amendment Committee and members of the public shall then
consider topics including but not limited to the following:
The role of the Mayor;
The role of the City Council;
The term limits of the Mayor and City Council;
The salary of the Mayor and City Council;
Commissions established by the City Charter and their role;
Obsolete and conflcting sections of the City Charter;
Election reform;
The schedule of City Elections;
The reapportionment process.
