SUGGESTED ACTION

Authorize City Manager to execute  agreement and any subsequent amendments, between the City of Long Beach and the California Department of Justice, Bureau of Narcotics Enforcement, for participation in the Long Beach Narcotic Enforcement Team of L.A. IMPACT, for a term of three years, and either party may terminate the agreement with thirty (30) days' written notice to the other party.
