TITLE

DISCUSSION

Nancy Heairet has made a claim for injuries allegedly sustained in the course of her employment with the City of Long Beach. The Economic Development and Finance Committee, on February 20, 2015, approved the submission to the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board of a Compromise and Release in the amount of $65,000.00 by and between the City and Nancy Heairet.

Amy Pass has made a claim for injuries allegedly sustained in the course of her employment with the City of Long Beach. The Economic Development and Finance Committee on February 20, 2015, approved the submission to the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board of Compromise and Release by the City and Amy Pass.

SUGGESTED ACTION

Approve recommendation.
