DISCUSSION

On April 12, 2005, plaintiff was hit by a City Parks & Recreation truck as he drove eastbound on Ocean Boulevard.

At the July 5, 2006 Final Status Conference, a settlement totaling $9,436.05 was reached with plaintiff.

Approve recommendation.
