DISCUSSION
Michael Beckham has made a claim for injuries sustained in the course of his employment with the City of Long Beach. The Economic Development and Finance Committee on July 1, 2008, approved the submission to the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board of Stipulations with Request for Award by the City and Michael Beckham, based upon a 57 percent disability rating, with provision for lifetime medical care as may be necessary.
 
Timothy Cable has made a claim for injuries allegedly sustained in the course of his employment with the City of Long Beach. The Economic Development and Finance Committee on July 1, 2008, approved the submission to the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board of Stipulations with Request for Award by the City and Timothy Cable, based upon a 55 percent disability rating, with provision for lifetime medical care as may be necessary.
 
Jerry Freeman has made a claim for injuries allegedly sustained in the course of his employment with the City of Long Beach. The Economic Development and Finance Committee on July 1, 2008, approved the submission to the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board of Stipulations with Request for Award by the City and Jerry Freeman, based upon a 64 percent disability rating, with provision for lifetime medical care as may be necessary.
