TITLE
Recommendation to authorize City Manager to execute the Twenty-first Amendment to Agreement No. 23214 with Tiburon, Inc. (formerly CompuDyne-Public Safety & Justice, Inc.) to provide software maintenance services for the 12-month period through February 2010 in an amount not to exceed $325,000. (Citywide)

On an annual basis, the City, via the Department of Technology Services, is required to renew all relative software support and maintenance agreements. As the sole provider of this CAD/RMS system, the information is proprietary solely to Tiburon, Inc., thus precluding the City from soliciting proposals from other vendors.
This year's cost is estimated to be $322,687, an increase of $33,792 from last year's cost of $288,895. Of this amount, $239,797 is for Police, and $82,890 is for Fire.
