TITLE

DISCUSSION

Plaintiffs' vehicle was struck by a LPBD vehicle on June 14, 2017, and Plaintiffs allege that they suffered significant personal injuries as a result of the collision.

Following extensive negotiations, Plaintiffs agreed to accept $399,000 - inclusive of costs and fees - as a full, global settlement of this dispute.

The settlement was discussed in closed session, and approved, by the Government Operations and Efficiency Committee (Attorney/Client) on May 23. 2023
