TITLE

DISCUSSION

Plaintiffs' vehicle was struck by a Public Works truck on November 13, 2019; Plaintiffs allege significant personal injury and severe emotional distress as a result of the collision.

Following extensive negotiations, Plaintiffs agreed to accept $200,000 - inclusive of costs and fees - as a full, global settlement of this dispute.

The settlement was discussed in closed session, and approved, by the Government Operations and Efficiency Committee (Attorney/Client) on May 23, 2023.
