DISCUSSION

Grace Memorial Baptist Church is hosting their Unity in the Community Cultural Festival on Saturday, March 25, 2023, at Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Park (1950 Lemon Ave). The purpose of the event is to educate and celebrate the various cultures within the City of Long Beach. Each performance group will have an opportunity to present their cultural uniqueness through song or dance, while offering the audience an opportunity to learn through interactive participation. The event will culminate with a keynote speaker and a multi-cultural choir emphasizing the importance of all cultures working in unity. The Unity in the Community Cultural Festival is fun for all ages and includes musical performances, dancing, food, City resources, and a kid’s zone.
