FISCAL IMPACT

Funds were budgeted for this program but not fully spent in FY 21. Funds were not budgeted for FY 22.  However, the total amount incurred will not exceed the remaining authorized funding, and it is expected that these costs can be absorbed within the Water Fund using projected savings within the Fund.
