DISCUSSION
City Council approval is requested to execute a donation agreement with the town of Lic. Volunteer firefighters will maintain and care for the ambulance and drive it in service to the residents of Mexicali.

This matter was reviewed by Deputy City Attorney Taylor M. Anderson on May 26, 2021 and by Revenue Management Officer Geraldine Alejo on June 1, 2021.

TIMING CONSIDERATIONS
City Council action is requested on July 6, 2021, to ensure the donation of the ambulance can take place expeditiously.
