TITLE
Recommendation to receive and file the application of Riley’s 2.0, LLC, dba Riley’s, for a person to person and a premise to premise transfer of an Alcoholic Beverage Control License, at 5331-33 East 2nd Street. (District 3)
DISCUSSION
It is City Council policy to review applications for ABC licenses to determine if a basis for protest against the issuance of the license exists. The attached application lists the possible bases for protest.
TIMING CONSIDERATIONS
City Council action is requested on November 17, 2020, to respond to the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control by the November 27, 2020 due date.
FISCAL IMPACT
There is no fiscal impact associated with this recommendation.
