TITLE

DISCUSSION

The City Council is requested to authorize the City Manager to execute an amendment to the agreement with the firm of Hurrell & Cantrall, LLP for legal services in the matter entitled Suzanne C. Gordin v. City of Long Beach Case Number 19STCV07941. The amendment would authorize an additional $50,000.00 for litigation expenses incurred through trial, for a total of $250,000.00.
