TITLE

DISCUSSION

The City Council is requested to authorize the City Manager to execute a Fifth Amendment to Agreement with the firm of Shute, Mihaly & Weinberger, LLP for an additional One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000) in order that they may continue to represent the City's interest in connection with the lawsuit pertaining to the Southern California International Gateway (SCIG) project.
