TITLE

Recommendation to approve the use of the Fourth Council District's one-time infrastructure funds in the Capital Projects Fund (CP) in the Public Works Department (PW) in the amount of $7,000 to support the sidewalk and driveway improvements at 2625 East 11th Street.

DISCUSSION

With concerns around pedestrian safety throughout the Fourth Council District. improvements are needed to repair the current sidewalk and driveway conditions at 2625 E. 11th Street.

FISCAL IMPACT

The total project cost of $7,000 is funded by the Fourth Council District one-time infrastructure funds. Sufficient funds are appropriated in the Capital Projects Fund (CP) in the Public Works Department (PW).

SUGGESTED ACTION

Approve recommendation.
