TITLE
2. Resolution consenting to inclusion of commercial, industrial,
and agricultural properties within the City's jurisdiction in the
CHF Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) Program to
finance renewable energy generation, energy and water
efficiency improvements and electrical vehicle charging
infrastructure, and approving Associate Membership in the
Joint Exercise of Powers Authority related thereto.
DISCUSSION
Pursuant to your request of March 8, 2016, this office has prepared and submits the above-described resolutions for your consideration. These resolutions are only applicable to commercial, industrial and agricultural properties. Please note that commercial properties include multifamily properties consisting of five (5) or more units.
