DISCUSSION
Since 1974, the City of Long Beach has been providing services at three geographically placed Facilities Centers located at the: Central Facilities Center, 1133 Rhea Street, Long Beach, CA 90806; North Facilities Center, 6335 Myrtle Avenue, Long Beach, CA 90805; and West Facilities Center, 2125 Santa Fe Avenue, Long Beach, CA 90810. Community-based services have been provided by the below noted local non-profit agencies that occupy office space at the Central Facilities Center (CFC), and each will require a Facility Use Permit (Permit). These Permits will be for an initial term of five years and extended annually at the end of the term upon a determination by the City that the permittee has fully complied with the terms and conditions of the Permit and is otherwise in good standing with the City.

Agencies utilizing space at the CFC are required to be non-profit agencies, and must address a critical need at the local level. Space is provided on a first come first served basis, based upon availability. All agencies must meet City insurance requirements.
