SUGGESTED ACTION
Authorize City Manager to execute agreement and provide for City Manager to approve changes in water delivery specifications and fees or to terminate the Agreement that becomes effective June 1, 2004 and continues for a period of one year, subject thereafter to a six-month notice of termination by either party.
