TITLE
Recommendation to City Council to concur in recommendation of the State Legislation Committee to discuss and take action on the 2011 State Legislation Agenda.
DISCUSSION
The State Legislation Committee, at its meeting held Monday, December 6, 2010, considered communications relative to the above subject.
It is the recommendation of the State legislation Committee that the City Council concur in the recommendations of the Committee to discuss and take action on the 2011 State Legislation Agenda.

Approve recommendation.
