TITLE

DISCUSSION

The Budget Oversight Committee, at its meeting held Wednesday, February 9, 2011, considered communications relative to the above subject (Revenue Smoothing Fund).

It is the recommendation of the Budget Oversight Committee to support the creation of a Revenue Smoothing Fund, and forward to the full City Council for adoption.

Approve recommendation.
