TITLE

Recommendation to authorize City Manager to execute a first amendment to agreement with the law firm of Ferguson, Praet & Sherman, in the matter entitled Thomas Lee Goldstein vs. City of Long Beach, et al., Case No. CV 04-9692 AHM (Ex).

DISCUSSION

The City Council is requested to authorize the City Manager to execute a first amendment to agreement with the law firm of Ferguson, Praet & Sherman for an additional $75,000.00, for a total amount of $375,000.00, in order that they may continue to represent the City's interest in the above-entitled case.
