TITLE

DISCUSSION

The City Council is requested to authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement with the firm of Law Offices of Russell G. Petti for an additional $15,000.00, not to exceed $310,000.00, in order that they may continue to represent the City's interest in the above-entitled case.

Approve recommendation.
