The purpose of this item is to suspend Council rule contained in Municipal Code Section 2.03.020 (B) relating to the meeting schedule of the City Council, in order to cancel the meeting of January 3, 2023 due to the preceding holiday week, anticipated holiday schedules, and City holiday on January 2.
