TITLE
Recommendation to request City Attorney to draft a resolution to excuse Councilmember Roberto Uranga’s absence from City Council pursuant to Long Beach City Charter Section 204.
DISCUSSION
Long Beach City Charter provides the ability for the City Council to adopt a resolution to excuse the absence of any member of City Council.
TIMING CONSIDERATIONS
Due to Councilmember Uranga’s announcement that he’ll be taking leave of absence effective immediately, urgency is requested for this item.
FISCAL IMPACT
No Financial Management review was able to be conducted due to the urgency and time sensitivity of this item.
