TITLE
Recommendation to receive and file the application of Viking 4111, LLC, dba Cali Chilli, for a person to person and premise to premise transfer of an Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) License, at 4111 North Viking Way.

DISCUSSION
It is City Council policy to review applications for ABC licenses to determine if a basis for protest against the issuance of the license exists. The attached application lists the possible bases for protest.
TIMING CONSIDERATIONS
City Council action is requested on September 13, 2022, to respond to the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control by the September 14, 2022 due date.
FISCAL IMPACT
There is no fiscal impact associated with this recommendation.
