TITLE

DISCUSSION

Per the City Council’s request on August 2, 2022, we have prepared the attached Ordinance amending the Long Beach Municipal Code by adding Chapter 5.96, establishing the Healthcare Minimum Wage Ordinance, for the City Council’s review and approval.
