TITLE

Recommendation to receive Charter Commission appointments approved by the Government, Personnel and Elections Oversight Committee pursuant to Section 509 of the City Charter and Section 2.03.065 of the Long Beach Municipal Code.

DISCUSSION

It is the recommendation of the Government, Personnel & Elections Oversight Committee to the City Council that the communication be received, and the following appointments and reappointments be confirmed: Citizens Police Complaint Commission (2 appointments and 1 reappointment); Civil Service Commission (1 appointment); and Parks and Recreation Commission (1 appointment).

There is no fiscal impact.
