TITLE

DISCUSSION

Due to Bonnie Lowenthal's election to the California State Assembly, I am pleased to recommend Councilmember Robeli Garcia and Vice Mayor Lerch, who served as an altemate, to represent the City of Long Beach on the Southeast Resource Recovery Facility Authority (SERRF).
