The Partnership for Families (PFF) is an initiative of the Los Angeles County Proposition 10 Committee, First 5 LA, that is aimed at the prevention of child abuse with a focus on pregnant women and high-risk families with children under the age of five. The program includes direct prevention services, capacity building, performance monitoring and accountability.
