TITLE

DISCUSSION

Jose Tadeo Fajardo has made a claim for injuries allegedly sustained in the course of his employment with the City of Long Beach.  The Economic Development and Finance Committee on January 19, 2021, approved the submission to the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board of Compromise and Release in the amount of $169,328.25 by the City and Jose Tadeo Fajardo.

Approve recommendation.
