Recommendation to increase appropriations in the Capital Projects Fund Group in the Public Works Department in the amount of $20,000, offset by the Fifth Council District One-time District Priority Funds transferred from the General Fund Group in the Citywide Activities Department to support sidewalk repairs in the Fifth Council District.

FISCAL IMPACT
This recommendation provides District Priority Funds to support sidewalk repairs in the Fifth Council District. The total appropriation increase of $20,000 in the Capital Projects Fund Group in the Public Works Department will be offset by a transfer of Fifth Council District One-time District Priority Funds from the General Fund Group in the Citywide Activities Department. Implementing this recommendation is anticipated to result in a minimal impact on staff hours beyond the budgeted scope of duties and is expected to have minimal impact on existing City Council priorities.
