TITLE

Recommendation to authorize the General Manager to execute an agreement with Stantec Consulting Services Inc., to provide professional engineering services for the Recycled Water to Port of Long Beach via Harbor Area Infrastructure Feasibility Study, in an amount not-to-exceed $253,467.

FISCAL IMPACT

The cost to the Water Fund will be incurred during FY 21 and FY 22, with the total amount not to exceed the contractual total of $253,467. LADWP and POLB have agreed to fund 50% and 25% of total project costs, respectively. Total project costs will be offset by a $190,100 revenue reimbursement from LADWP and POLB, resulting in a net cost to LBWD of $63,367. These costs are included in the Water Fund FY 21 Budget and financial projections and will be included in the FY 22 Budget.
