TITLE

Recommendation to increase appropriations in the Capital Projects Fund Group in the Public Works Department in the amount of $620, offset by the Fourth Council District One-time District Priority Funds transferred from the General Fund Group in the Citywide Activities Department to install a new street light in the Fourth Council District.  (District 4)

DISCUSSION

Supplemental funding is needed to install a new street light at E. 17^th Street and Stanley Avenue.

This matter was reviewed by Budget Manager Grace H. Yoon on September 2, 2020.

FISCAL IMPACT

This recommendation provides District Priority Funds to install a new street light in the Fourth Council District. The total appropriation increase of $620 in the Capital Projects Fund Group in the Public Works Department will be offset by a transfer of Fourth Council District One-time District Priority Funds from the General Fund Group in the Citywide Activities Department. The requested action is anticipated to require a minimal level of staff hours beyond the budgeted scope of duties and is expected to have minimal impact on existing City Council priorities.
