DISCUSSION

On May 19, 2020 the City Council gave direction to our office to draft and submit to Council an ordinance amending the temporary prohibition on evictions of residential and commercial tenants due to non-payment of rent resulting from adverse impacts associated with COVlD-19.

 

Pursuant to such direction, the ordinance is attached hereto and is submitted for your consideration.
