TITLE

DISCUSSION

Plaintiff alleges she was standing on the street in front of 4211 Country Club Drive when a large limb from a City-owned Eucalyptus tree fell on her and caused significant personal injury.

Following extensive negotiations, Plaintiff agreed to accept $115,000.00 as a full settlement of this case.

The settlement was discussed in closed session, and approved, by the Economic Development and Finance Committee on March 17, 2020.

SUGGESTED ACTION

Approve recommendation.
